Parents Carl Wood and Amber Nuttall from Blackpool are asking locals to dig deep to pay for physio so he has a better life

I'm Alistair Clarke with news that a Blackpool family are raising money to give their son a better quality of life after he was born with a rare condition.  Little Teddy, who’s 19 months old has a neurological disorder which means he can’t breathe or eat by himself, smile, frown or blink. Parents Carl Wood and Amber Nuttall from Blackpool are asking locals to dig deep to pay for physio so he has a better life.
