I’m Matt Rosser with news that new research by workforce software company Sona has found that 41% of health and social care workers have left a previous role due to a lack of appreciation. The results of the report found that a high number of staff that said that they didn’t praise colleagues because it makes them feel awkward. 77% of respondents said receiving recognition from their employer is important, but just 21% said this happens regularly. For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio.
