I'm Alistair Clarke with news that social care workers in Sefton on Merseyside have been given a pat on the back.The employer, Sefton Council, wanted to recognise what a tough job its been over the last couple of years when staff were working flat out. So they arranged cinema visits, some guests speakers, health and wellbeing sessions and a group litter pick on the beach, followed by breakfast.
