Research Grant for British Medical Scientists.

British medical scientists helping to care for patients by developing vaccines are getting ten million pounds to share their research with the world.

I’m John Warburton, with news that British medical scientists helping to care for patients by developing vaccines are getting ten million pounds to share their research with the world. One of the diseases being tackled right now by UK Vaccination Network members is Lassa fever, a virus that led to three deadly cases in the east of England, followed by days of disruption to some hospitals. The research grant has come from the Department for Health and Social Care. We’ll keep you up-to-date on this and other developments, here on Care Radio.
