32% of people with long-term health conditions do not feel they have had enough support from local services
I'm James MacDonald with news that patient satisfaction with GP services in Brighton and Hove has dropped to its lowest level since figures began in 2018. A survey of patients in the city found that only 78% of people described their GP experience as good. The survey also found that 32% of people with long-term health conditions do not feel they have had enough support from local services and almost one in five people in Brighton and Hove said they had avoided booking a necessary GP appointment because they did not want to burden the NHS. Surveys like this were recently conducted across the country. For more care related stories stay with us here at Care Radio.
