NHS Apps usage reaches new milestone

Over 30 million sign-ups for the NHS App have been recorded. Recent downloads have also brought an extra 448,000 decisions to donate organs

I'm John Warburton with news that the NHS is this week marking a new milestone for the way its carers can interact digitally with the UK population. Over 30 million sign-ups for the NHS App have been recorded. Recent downloads have also brought an extra 448,000 decisions to donate organs. According to NHS Digital, more than 6,500 patients are currently waiting for a transplant.Registration via the NHS App means that medical staff can be made quickly aware of an individual’s wishes, and therefore have a greater chance of saving lives. For more care related news stay with us here at Care Radio.
