I’m Paul Hutton with news that it’s emerged a health trust in Northern Ireland declared a major incident over the weekend as an emergency department reached capacity. The BBC reports Northern Health Trust used social media to appeal to the public not to attend Antrim Area Hospital’s A and E under any circumstances.
