I'm James MacDonald with news that half of Scotland’s junior doctors say they are considering leaving the NHS. A BMA survey says the current state leaves them feeling demoralised, undervalued and exhausted. Dr Lailah Peel who chairs the Junior doctor committee, describes the findings as a “catastrophe” and it’s concerning to see these figures in black and white. She’s urged the Scottish Government to act now before it’s too late.  For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio.
