I'm Matt Jones with news that the NHS workforce is the most diverse than at any point in its history, according to a new report. Black and minority ethnic staff make up over a quarter the workforce, and it's not just in frontline staff - there's been an increase in representation in board level staff as well. However, many ethnic minority staff report harassment, bullying or abuse from patients, more so than their white co-workers. For more care stories, stay with us here on Care Radio.
