Hole near Watford Hospital due to subsidence

The trust says this latest problem is yet another indication of how urgently they need investment for a new hospital on land next door

I’m Paul Hutton with news that an NHS trust is asking for urgent investment for a new hospital after a hole opened up in the road close to its main entrance. West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, said the cause of the hole at Watford General Hospital was "subsidence" due to a "water leak, caused by ageing infrastructure". The trust says this latest problem is yet another indication of how urgently they need investment for a new hospital on land next door.
