Disabled children and their carers still face "massive" obstacles to reach support

I'm John Warburton with news that a campaign group has found that the state of health and social care after Covid has left disabled children and their carers facing apparent “record breaking” delays in receiving services they need. Also, according to the Disabled Children’s Partnership, half of the parents of disabled children are unable to work, and have experienced poverty because of a lack of support for their child. The coalition is this week calling for ministers to prioritise the needs of these families, across all public sector services.
