Colwyn Bay pupil who spent much of last school year in hospital earns apprenticeship

I'm Alistair Clarke with news that Lydia Gilman from Clown Bay has got an apprenticeship as an accountant in the NHS. While that’s not unusual, Lydia has spent 10 months in the last year in hospital herself – so teachers would go to the ward to give her tuition and all her college work so she could get her grades at A level. Her dad Matthew said he could not be prouder. For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio
