Award will help people with disabilities into work

Members of the staff disability network at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust launched a successful bid for funding from the Workforce Disability Equality Standard Innovation Fund

I’m Matt Rosser with news that a £10,000 award will help people with disabilities to work at hospitals across Worcestershire. Members of the staff disability network at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust launched a successful bid for funding from the Workforce Disability Equality Standard Innovation Fund. The money will be used to bring job vacancies, including apprenticeships directly to potential applicants with a disability or long-term condition, encouraging and supporting them throughout the application, shortlisting and interview process. For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio.
