I'm John Warburton with news that two-thirds of NHS Trust leaders that delays in building new hospitals were affecting their ability to give safe care to patients. Trust bosses say the programme’s been full of delays and funding uncertainty. NHS leaders also claimed many projects turned out to be extensions or refurbishments.
