Ambulance service for Sussex, Kent & Surrey “requires improvement”

The South East Coast Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust, known as SECAmb, received its rating today from the Care Quality Commission

I'm John Warburton with news that one of England’s NHS ambulance trusts has been told by official inspectors that it “requires improvement”. The South East Coast Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust, known as SECAmb, received its rating today from the Care Quality Commission. The watchdog’s previous report said the trust was ‘good’, but that was before the latest pair of inspections in August. One specific category within today’s report remains ‘good’. Inspectors said, “staff on the front line were doing their utmost to provide safe and effective care”.
