I'm Alistair Clarke with news that more than £3million pounds is being given to people on low incomes in the highlands of Scotland. It’s part of the Scottish government’s Covid economic recovery fund and it’s estimated 22,000 households will benefit. Other money is available to businesses affected by Covid and people who have suffered trauma.
