The warning was issued after the council was found to have allocated 15-minute care calls
I'm James MacDonald with news that Warrington Borough Council has been warned that is needs to ensure care visits give enough time for workers to do their job properly. The warning was issued by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman after the council was found to have allocated 15-minute care calls, despite national guidance saying these were ‘not appropriate’. The investigation found that 313 other people in Warrington had also been receiving these short calls. For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio.
