I'm Matt Rosser with news that Wales could get a ‘National Care Service’ if a deal being brokered between two of the country’s political parties goes ahead. The UK government cancelled plans to fund social care through a rise in National Insurance, but First Minister Mark Drakeford said the U turn had “strengthened” the case for doing something similar in Wales as part of an agreement with Plaid Cymru.
