Peer Support and Online Development, POD, is aimed at helping carers to learn more about eating disorders, share experiences and find additional support
I'm John Warburton with news that a national charity supporting carers of people with eating disorders has opened a new on-line service for everyone it helps. The charity called Beat says its new POD means Peer Support and Online Development for carers. It’s aimed at helping carers to learn more about eating disorders, share experiences and find additional support. Beat adds that staff have worked with service users and medics to do their best to make sure the information is clinically correct, as well as helpful. Search Google for Beat POD.
