I'm James MacDonald with news that Scottish First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon is under pressure to drop her flagship policy for a National Care Service. Trade Union, Unison say there’s fears among social workers that changes will lead to further strain on an already stretched service. This will have a knock-on effect on the the health service. 71 per cent of social work staff believe the changes will have a negative impact.
