I'm John Warburton with news that two former prime ministers and a member of the royal family are among celebrities sending signed mementoes, supporting a care home’s campaign to help people with dementia. Signature at Eastbourne is marking World Alzheimer’s Awareness Month by showing residents and carers that public figures have taken time to support to the home’s dementia community. Signed photos and letters also came from Graham Norton, Helen Mirren, Harrison Ford, Kate Winslet and David Jason among others. The wall of signatures is part of a fund-raising effort happening this month, supporting Alzheimer’s Research UK. For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio.
