Renaissance Care says staff will be offered the opportunity to work flexible hours which could include shorter shifts
I'm James MacDonald with news that a Scottish independent care group is going to rethink how its staff work to combat exhaustion and staff resignations. Renaissance Care says staff will be offered the opportunity to work flexible hours which could include shorter shifts. Office staff will be given the option of a four day week. The company will also become a Scottish living wage employer by offering a minimum 5% pay rise which means everyone over 18 must be paid £9.90 an hour or more.
