RCN 48-hour strike: members invited to on-line discussion with leaders

The strike from March 1st - 3rd will see services “reduced to an absolute minimum”, though ministers say contingency plans are being worked on

I'm John Warburton with. As reaction continues to Thursday’s RCN announcement of a 48-hour strike in 128 health trusts, members are being invited to an on-line conference with the nursing organisation’s leaders. According to the RCN, the strike from March 1st - 3rd will see services “reduced to an absolute minimum”, though ministers say contingency plans are being worked on. Leader Pat Cullen says she’ll do whatever she can to ensure patient safety is protected. The conference, via Teams, is set for February the 21st at 6.30pm.
