I’m Paul Hutton with news an NHS Trust has employed people who used to be homeless as part of a programme aiming to understand and tackle the systemic issues people face when getting a job. ITV reports Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust has hired two healthcare social workers who were previously homeless. In their roles they will be working with the homelessness and community treatment team to help people to find solutions to their problems.
