It had been due to look into deaths in the mental health unit but the review has now been scrapped

I'm Alistair Clarke with news that the NHS Foundation Trust in Peterborough accused of a cover up culture says it can’t investigate patient suicides. It had been due to look into deaths in the mental health unit but the review has now been scrapped. The trust says families have individual and personal questions based on what happened and the review can’t answer those.
