The new stations contain bespoke compartments for gloves, aprons, patient notes, hand gel and bags for soiled linen
I’m Lucy Hutton with news that the Isle of Wight NHS Trust has designed a new compact PPE station for use on its wards. Working in partnership with local design and manufacture company Inflight Peripherals Limited, the Trust's new stations will help support busy staff to meet important infection prevention and control measures. The new stations contain bespoke compartments for gloves, aprons, patient notes, hand gel and bags for soiled linen and have successfully been trialled on one ward for five months.
