New disability payments in Scotland

I'm Alistair Clarke with news that in Scotland, personal independence payments are changing to Adult Disability Payments. The rollout has already started in a few places like Dundee and is being phased in until the end of August when PIP will be completely replaced. Adult Disability Payments has a daily living allowance and a mobility allowance in line with PIP but is aimed to be more straight forward. And there'll be more on this and other stories here on Care Radio.
