Net zero care centre for devizes

The centre, located in Wiltshire, will use heat pumps as well solar panels to generate electricity and heat

I'm Nick Meir with news that NHS Property Services (NHSPS) has announced the opening of what it says is “one of the country’s first net-zero integrated care centres." Plans for the £10.9 million Devizes Health Centre were approved back in  2021. The centre, located in Wiltshire, will use heat pumps as well as solar panels to generate electricity and heat. These green technologies are set to enable the site to be self-sufficient, according to NHSPS. For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio.
