MMR catch-up campaign has brought about tens of thousands of jabs delivered in the first three months of the year.
I'm Matt Jones with news that the NHS's MMR catch-up campaign, which urges people to get vaccinated for measles, mumps and rubella, has brought about tens of thousands of jabs delivered in the first three months of the year. The number of vaccinations for those aged between 5 and 25 has increased sharply - more than three times more jabs were given this year than in the same period last year. Measles can have a serious impact on pregnant women, potentially leading to premature birth and even still birth. Doctors say it's never too late to get the jab and be protected.
