Major ambulance service leadership 'inadequte' says watchdog

The Care Quality Commission also accused some at the top of SECAmb, which covers Sussex, Kent and Surrey, of bullying and harassment

I'm John Warburton with news that a watchdog has accused major ambulance service leadership of high levels of “inappropriate sexualised behaviour”  Reaction has begun to a health watchdog’s report that says a major NHS ambulance trust’s leadership has a high level of what it called inappropriate sexualised behaviour. The Care Quality Commission also accused some at the top of SECAmb, which covers Sussex, Kent and Surrey, of bullying and harassment. SECAmb says it’s launching an internal campaign to stop such behaviour, and is about to bring in a new interim Chief Executive. But the watchdog also found that the paramedics in the field were continuing to treat patients with kindness, compassion and support.
