The NHS is inviting more than a million children between the ages of 12 and 15 to get vaccinated over the half term break
I'm Matt Jones with news that the NHS is inviting more than a million children between the ages of 12 and 15 to get vaccinated over the half term break. NHS staff and volunteers will be giving the jabs at a number of different locations this week, including zoos, family fun days and at skate parks.More than 20 percent of early teenagers have yet to come forward for their jab, and the deputy head of the NHS vaccination programme Dr Nikki Kanani says that half term gives a perfect opportunity to get protected at one of hundreds of walk-in sites. There'll be more on this and other stories throughout the day here on Care Radio.
