I'm Matt Jones with news that elderly and vulnerable people may be being overcharged by utility and insurance firms in a scam highlighted by one of the UK's senior financial services bosses. Michael Donald, a former director of Visa UK, discovered that his mother was being overcharged for insurance for her washing machine, and for her telephone bill. He urges everyone to help check their elderly relatives' bills to make sure they are not being overcharged. The consumer group Which? has also raised concerns about companies mis-selling to elderly people.
