Don't turn people away if they come for boosters early

NHS bosses say patients shouldn’t be turned away if they show up to walk-in centres three months after their last dose

This is Paul Hutton with news that doctors have been urged not to turn people away who come early for their spring booster jab. The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation recommended fourth jabs for over-75s and the immunosuppressed last month, with doses given around six months after the last. But NHS bosses say patients shouldn’t be turned away if they show up to walk-in centres three months after their last dose. We’ll have more on this and other developments here on Care Radio
