COVID inquiry to open in 2023

The team are gathering evidence and would be delivering recommendations as soon as possible

I'm Matt Jones with news that the inquiry into the government's handling of the coronavirus pandemic will not hold public hearings until 2023, according to the chair of the inquiry. Baroness Hallett said her team are gathering evidence and would be delivering recommendations as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the NHS National Booking Service has been updated so that COVID jabs can be booked for vulnerable 12 to 15 year olds online. Young teens with underlying health conditions or who have immune system problems will be invited to apply. There'll be more on this and other stories here on Care Radio.
