The Care Quality Commission needs feedback on how well government and private services meet their needs
I’m John Warburton with an appeal from England’s care quality watchdog. This week, the Care Quality Commission said it wants carers, paid and unpaid, to give more feedback on how well government and private services meet their needs. New figures show only 13-percent of adults know how to report what’s good and what’s bad about organised care services. The CQC’s now launched a social media campaign to encourage more feedback, with hashtag Because We All Care. We’ll update you on this and other news, here on Care Radio.
