I’m Matt Rosser with news that data about Long Covid has revealed that social care staff have been worst hit by the condition. An estimated 5.47% of sector staff reported long Covid symptoms in the four weeks up to December, that’s higher than for people working in education, healthcare and the civil service according to the Office for National Statistics. Across all groups, fatigue was the most common symptom of long Covid, followed by difficulty concentrating, shortness of breath and muscle ache. For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio.
