Booking opened for boosters

People aged 75 and over and those who are immunosuppressed are now able to book.

I’m Lucy Hutton with news that the NHS COVID vaccination programme has started inviting eligible people to come forward for Spring booster jabs.
People aged 75 and over and those who are immunosuppressed are now able to book. The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation advises the jab be offered to those most vulnerable as a precautionary measure. The NHS will invite more people to arrange a booster through the national booking service when it’s their turn. We’ll keep you updated on this and other stories here on Care Radio.
