A very, very small Christmas bonus

The Department for Work and Pensions says those in receipt of one of 21 different social security pay-outs will get ten pounds

I’m Paul Hutton with news that people who receive Carers’ Allowance are in line for a small Christmas bonus. The Department for Work and Pensions says those in receipt of one of 21 different social security pay-outs will get ten pounds… it also involves those who get the State Pension or Personal Independence Payment, but not Universal Credit. The Christmas bonus is tax-free and paid to eligible people in the qualifying week - which is normally the first full week of December. For more care news stay with us here at Care Radio
