Stolen NHS data on dark web

Bosses at NHS Dumfries and Galloway say data stolen during a recent cyber attack has been published online.

I'm James MacDonald with news that bosses at NHS Dumfries and Galloway say data stolen during a recent cyber attack has been published on the dark web. Chief Executive Julie White said: “Work is beginning to take place with partner agencies to assess the data which has been published 
Mrs White added: “the trust is conscious that this may cause increased anxiety and concern for patients and staff, with a telephone helpline available. “Recognising that this is a live criminal matter, we continue to follow the very clear guidance being provided to us by national law enforcement agencies.”
