Cole's Christmas Catharsis is the second Metal music-based podcast from Cole, exclusively for Care Radio.
Cole has put together a selection of his all-time favourite anti-Christmas tunes to five you a little relief from the relentless joy that come's our way every December!
These tunes from bands as diverse as Black Sabbath, Ice Nine Kills, Dragged Under and The Ramones will allow you to escape for just under a festive-free hour....however, be warned, The Darkness do sneak in at some point!!

Cole lives with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This is a condition that doesn't define Cole. His creativity, passion for the arts and disabilities does, and we are honoured to have Cole on the team.
